In Episode 79 I share my latest thoughts on goal achievement, getting real and yes, even vulnerable, as I talk through the duality that occurs when speaking about your goals as though they have already been achieved, even though your 5 senses beg to differ! I also update you on a brand new goal that blew me away when I realized that practicing what I discuss on this episode has already proven fruitful with this goal’s achievement. Enjoy!
